How it Works
Results from traditional workout plans diminish over time and become boring and routine. OzFit combines intense yet fun exercises and sets in each daily workout so you can confuse your muscles and keep your workouts interesting. You will challenge your body by alternating the intensity of your workouts and by the workout itself. By alternating many different movements the OzFit Workout Plans will have you looking forward to your workouts, feeling great afterwards, and stronger and fitter every day.
The first segment of your workout is an energetic mix of cardio followed by light weight work and plyometrics that target specific muscle groups and works them through the fatigue. This everyday mix will ensure an overall body workout whether you hit the gym, trail or streets.
Workouts are available in lengths of 2 weeks to 12 weeks. Give it a try for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, or dive in and commit yourself to the entire 12 weeks.
