There’s been plenty of debate as to which form of exercise is the most effective way to get into shape.     What a great overall workout! I thought I was in “decent” shape until I started the OzFit workout! Great mix of cardio and using all the muscle groups. I like how it’s intermingled with each other so you don’t get bored!

  2. You bring up some good points…I’d like to know what you would suggest in my situation. Right now I’m aiming to shed around 20 pounds, get six pack abs and add muscle mass to my frame. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and packing on muscle?
